Went to Udorn TDY in 66' from Tan Son Nhut. Was on Jolly Green that crashed near NKP and was total loss. Not too sure on date; maybe spring of 66'. Quite an experience!! One that I'll never forget. Prior to departure from Udorn that morning I watched an F-101 crash on landing and the pilot barely got out in time.

Will not make the reunion but would like to hear from any of you that remember me.

Dec 67-Nov 68. I was one crew chief on 65-?6595 I think.  I thank the people for having this website. I have offered some pics to them and am waiting to hear back.
I saw one name I recognized. I guess a lot of us are still in hiding, or worse, now gone. We did fly a lot and party a lot.
Does anyone remember the Green Berets that came up from Nra Trang? They used to go into bars, jump up their backs on a table, bet who could stay there the longest, then wait on the locals to try and get them down.
I just had some more "Gomer Getters" cards made , I was down to my last one.
Well, gotta go, I want to see if the 21st Helicopter has a website. I want to say hello to NITNOY AIRLINES, like we used to every day.
